Delete your account

Submit a request below and our team will process it within 30 days. All game progress, purchases, and personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed.

This action is permanent. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Your in-game currency, items, and purchase history will be lost.

If you have the game installed, you can delete your account in 5 steps without submitting a form.

Open the main game screen

Tap the ☰ Menu button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Go to Settings

In the Menu popup, tap ⚙ Settings. Your User ID is also visible at the bottom of this screen.

Tap "Delete Account"

In Settings, tap the Delete Account button. This opens the Accounts screen.

Tap "Permanently delete my account"

On the Accounts screen, tap Permanently delete my account (below the Sign Out button). Enter your email address in the field that appears.

Confirm deletion

Review the warning, then tap Delete to confirm. Your account, credits, resources, and game progress will be permanently removed.
